Focusing on total body movement against spring resistance; this class is perfect for those wanting to learn and burn at the same time. Our reformer fusion class is tailored to all individuals and is designed to find muscles you didn't know you had; while testing your balance and control. Different progression options available to increase or regress movement dependent on the individual.

REFORMER ACCELERATE (JUMPBOARD)

SUITABLE FOR: REGULAR MOVERS | 1ST TRIMESTER PREGNANCY | OVER 55’s

NOT SUITABLE FOR: 2ND & 3RD TRIMESTER PREGNACY 

DURATION: 45 MINUTES

 

Focusing on intensity; our reformer accelerate class is designed to bring cardio to the reformer. Taking the knowledge from our fusion class and adding a bit more spice; you will be adding on a Jump-board to the reformer so we can get the legs burning and the heart pumping. We recommend completing a reformer fusion class first; if you're new to pilates.

BOXILATES®

SUITABLE FOR: REGULAR MOVERS | 1ST & 2ND TRIMESTER PREGNANCY | BEGINNERS | OVER 55’s 

NOT SUITABLE FOR: 3RD TRIMESTER PREGNANCY

DURATION: 45-50 MINUTES

A dynamic fusion of Mat Pilates & Fitness Boxing. BOXILATES® is an interval style workout that marries the functional benefits of Pilates with the high intensity cardio and coordination of Boxing.

Focusing on bringing the total body movement down to the floor; our dynamic mat class will see you working against your own body weight for a burn like no other. Tailored to all individuals our dynamic mat class will challenge your strength, balance and control. Different progression options available to increase or regress movement dependent on the individual.

STRETCH & RELEASE

SUITABLE FOR: EVERYBODY | WHOLE PREGNANCY | BEGINNERS | OVER 55’s DURATION: 45 MINUTES​

 

Stretch & Release is a mixture of Reformer and Mat based exercises, all with the intention of slowing down your mind and movement. In a calm setting you will move through different stretches designed to release the tensions you carry day to day and get you moving with more ease.
