The Atomic Experience | 21 Days Unlimited classes $60

Does the 21 Days start straight away?No, the 21 days will start from the date of your first class and run consecutively from that date.

Do I need prior Pilates experience?Not at all, our classes are designed to suit all levels including complete newbies who have never been in a Pilates studio before!

What do I need to bring/wear?We recommend wearing clothing you are comfortable in and can move freely in. We recommend bringing a drink bottle/water with you. You are required to wear socks during the classes and we sell grip socks if you don't have any at the studio.

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?Yes, we have classes that are pregnancy suitable throughout your whole term and our instructors are all trained in prenatal Pilates. Our most popular classes for pregnancy are our L1 and L2 Reformer Fusion classes.

Do we have a creche?No, unfortunately we do not have the space for one, however depending on the age of your child we are more than happy for them to come along and sit with some form of entertainment while the class is running.
